The standard Ultra HD is 0.03mm, which makes it possible to obtain a completely invisible result at the level of the frontal line. The result depends on the pose and the cut that have been made.

Sustainability

This model of hair supplement has an estimated lifespan of approximately 1 to 2 months. Most of our users keep this model for 3 to 4 months easily. The durability is estimated and depends on each use.

Shipping and Delivery

Hair supplements in stock are shipped within 12 working days maximum. These times may be faster depending on the number of visitors. We count 12 working days because we have certain models and colors which require rechecking before being dispatched.

Smart HD customization takes about 5 days. An overall delay of 15 working days is therefore necessary for the shipment of the Smart HD.

Pre-orders are shipped within 15 to 40 days . These delays can be more or less long depending on the productions. Learn more

Care products and accessories are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours . In case of purchase combined with a hair supplement, the shipping times will be those of the hair supplement.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items. Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a color error, only one exchange can be validated per order. Très bon produit, mais...

Très bonne qualité de produit, que cela soit d'un point de vue esthétique que de qualité des cheveux. Rendu naturel (sous réserve d'une bonne pose et coupe) garantie. Toutefois, je constate que sur des modèles plus récents (2023), les cheveux implantés dans la base tombent parfois plus rapidement (environ un mois) que sur d'autres prothèses des années précédentes. Et cette "chute" se fait par zone, laissant des aires très peu denses (un comble quand on sait pourquoi on choisit ce système). A ce prix cela ne devrait pas se produire. Je recommande, mais avec certaines réserves.

Ce modèle est le plus fin que nous proposons, avec une durabilité estimée de 1 à 2 mois. À l'avenir, si vous souhaitez obtenir une meilleure durabilité, n'hésitez pas à vous orienter vers le modèle Ultra HD Plus, qui a une durabilité estimée de 3 à 4 mois.

Très bien mais baisse de la qualité (ou alors malchance sur le modèle reçu)

Bysix est gage de qualité. Leurs prothèses durent dans le temps mais j’ai remarqué qu’entre 2022 et 2023 la qualité a baissé (moins de densité, cheveux qui tombent plus vite). Il faudrait veiller à davantage contrôler le modèle envoyé au client car c’est quand même 260€ et ce n’est pas normal de tomber sur un modèle moins fourni et/ou moins résistant parfois. Je recommande tout de même
