Can the prosthesis come off?
If you use the right fixing products, your hair will stay in place without worrying about it coming loose. If you have your hairpiece installed at a salon, the professionals will advise you on the timeframes to follow before performing the maintenance.
If you are applying your own hair, you will need to pay particular attention to the drying time of the resin during application and check how long the hairpiece stays in place, in order to anticipate the removal.
Our support team can advise you on fixation methods and techniques, however if you encounter a fixation problem, we advise you to contact your prosthetist.
Can you get your hair wet?
Of course! You can wash your hair daily as you do now. You can also go to the pool or swim in sea water...
You'll need to make sure you let the hair resin sit for 48 hours before washing your hair. If you choose a good hold, all of this will be possible.
When bathing in sea water or a swimming pool, it is best to rinse your hair afterwards to remove the salt and chlorine.
Are all haircuts possible?
It all depends on the choice of base. For hairstyles with hair pulled up, we recommend choosing an undetectable base such as the standard Ultra HD, or a tulle base (Total HD, U-Pro, D-Pro), as the hairline will be invisible and will provide a natural look.
Is the sensation on the scalp unpleasant?
If you choose a thin polyurethane base like the standard Ultra HD, fixed with hair resin, then you won't feel a thing. You won't feel like you're wearing a hairpiece. This also applies to the Total HD.
For the first few days, you may feel a slight tension in your scalp. This sensation can be very temporary and generally does not cause problems for users.
Can I fit my prosthesis myself?
We recommend that you go to a salon or have an experienced hairstylist come to your home for the first few treatments to ensure the results are perfect. However, once you're confident in your techniques, you can easily do the monthly maintenance yourself, as you've seen in some of our videos.
When will I receive my order?
In-stock hair extensions are shipped within a maximum of 12 business days. This timeframe is generally shorter because we have a very large volume of shades in stock.
You may experience different shipping times depending on your in-stock orders. This is completely normal as we have a very large inventory. Most "standard" shades are available immediately, while other shades require rechecking before shipping, which generally takes longer.
Custom-made items are produced in 10 to 14 weeks, depending on your options. Estimated delivery times are indicated on the product page before adding to your cart.
Care products and accessories are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.
Can I withdraw from my purchase?
If you ordered an in-stock (non-personalized) item, you have 14 days to return the item from the date your order was delivered. Returns are the customer's responsibility.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, samples and products offered, and must not have been damaged in any way (change in the corrugation, humidification, coloring, or any other manipulation preventing the item from being put back into stock). If you return the package by your own means, it will be necessary to opt for delivery with tracking and insurance, to allow for handling in the event of loss of the package.
Products such as glues, solvents and hair care products are not accepted for return, for hygiene reasons.
