Usage tips

Distribute the care evenly on the hair with a comb. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes then rinse thoroughly. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clear water. External use only.

Shipping and Delivery

Hair supplements in stock are shipped within 12 working days maximum. These times may be faster depending on the number of visitors. We count 12 working days because we have certain models and colors which require rechecking before being dispatched.

Smart HD customization takes about 5 days. An overall delay of 15 working days is therefore necessary for the shipment of the Smart HD.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items. Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a color error, only one exchange can be validated per order.
