Rules for the “BYSIX Christmas 2025 Golden Tickets” promotion


Article 1 - Presentation of the operation

BYSIX SRL/BVBA, with a capital of 20,000 euros, registered under number 0713.773.609, having its registered office at 13 Passage de la Poste, 7700 Mouscron, Belgium, is organizing a free promotional operation entitled "BYSIX Gold Tickets", from December 6, 2025 (French time) to December 31, 2025 at 23:59.

The operation consists of inserting five (5) Gold Tickets into randomly selected orders placed on the bysix.eu website during the validity period. Each Gold Ticket entitles the holder to one of the prizes described in Article 4.


Article 2 - Conditions of participation

The operation is open to any natural person, of legal age, with an Internet connection and placing an order on the bysix.eu website during the period of the operation, with the exception of the staff of the organizing company and members of their family.

Each order placed during the period may potentially contain a Golden Ticket, up to a limit of five (5) tickets in play.

Only one prize can be awarded per participant (same name, same first name, same postal address, same email address).

The Organising Company reserves the right to carry out any necessary checks regarding the identity of the winner and the conformity of their participation.


Article 3 - Participation Procedures

Participation is automatic as soon as the participant places an order on the bysix.eu website during the period of the operation.

Golden Tickets are randomly inserted into five orders shipped between December 6, 2025 and December 31, 2025. Receiving a Golden Ticket constitutes immediate designation of the winner, subject to validation of the Ticket in accordance with Article 6.

Any order cancelled or refunded before and/or after Ticket validation will result in the cancellation of participation.

The Organising Company may exclude any fraudulent, abusive or non-compliant participation.


Article 4 - Presentation of the lots

The five Golden Tickets entitle the holder to the following prizes:
  • 1 Golden Ticket – One year of hair prostheses, i.e., 4 hair prostheses offered over a one-year period. The winner will be able to choose each prosthesis from the models in stock ("Ultra HD, Ultra HD Plus, Micro HD, Micro HD Plus") at the time of shipment. In case of stock shortage, shipment will be postponed until the prosthesis is replenished. No exchanges will be accepted. A minimum of two (2) months will be applied between each shipment.

  • 1 Golden Ticket – A hair prosthesis + a fitting service. The service must be performed at one of the BYSIX partner salons. The winner must book their appointment directly with the partner salon. If the chosen salon is unavailable, another partner salon must be selected. Offer valid only for the first fitting service.

  • 3 Golden Tickets – €100 vouchers. Valid on the entire bysix.eu online store for one (1) year from the date of issue. Vouchers will be sent by email after the ticket has been validated.

In the event of malfunction, quality issues, stock shortages, or any dispute related to the use of the prizes, the Organizing Company cannot be held liable. No after-sales service or exchanges will be provided for the prizes awarded.


Article 5 - Designation of the winner

Unlike a random draw, winners are selected by the presence of a Golden Ticket in their order. The selection becomes final only after validation of the Golden Ticket by the Organising Company, according to the procedure described in Article 6.


Article 6 - Validation of the Golden Ticket and awarding of the prize

To claim their prize, each winner must contact BYSIX services by email at the address indicated on the website, provide the winning code written on the Ticket, and attach a clear photo of the Golden Ticket, allowing verification of its authenticity.

The Organising Company will verify the Ticket within a reasonable timeframe. If the Ticket is validated, the winner will be informed of the practical arrangements for collecting the prize.

If the winner does not contact the Organising Company within seven (7) days of receiving his Golden Ticket, he will automatically forfeit his right to the prize, without possibility of claim.

No duplicates, replacements, exchanges or transfers of the lot will be accepted.



Article 7 - Publication of the regulations

Participation in the operation is free and does not entail any additional cost for the participant.


Article 8 - Acceptance of the regulations and transfer of rights

Participation implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.
The organizing company reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the event if necessary.

The winner authorizes BYSIX, as part of the communication of the operation, to use a written or verbal statement relating to his winnings, without however publishing his full name.


Article 9 - Protection and use of personal data

The data collected during this operation is processed in accordance with the GDPR and applicable legislation. It is used exclusively for:
• Participation management,
• Validation of Gold Tickets,
• The allocation of lots,
• The possible sending of information relating to BYSIX offers.

Participants have the right to access, modify, delete, and object to their data, which they can exercise by emailing: contact@bysix.eu



Article 10 - Responsibilities

The organizing company declines all responsibility for any incidents and/or accidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize awarded and/or as a result of its use. It cannot be held liable for any service interruption caused by a technical incident affecting communication networks or any technical incident beyond its control. The participant is solely responsible for their contributions, and the organizing company cannot be held liable for any non-compliant contributions or contributions that may be the subject of a complaint by a third party. Given the characteristics of the internet, such as the ease with which information can be captured and the difficulty, if not impossibility, of controlling its use by third parties, the organizing company cannot be held responsible for any misuse or fraudulent use of this information.

She disclaims all responsibility:

  • In the event of a malfunction of the internet network or receiving equipment preventing the game from running smoothly,
  • In the event of any technical failure, anomaly, hardware and software of any kind occurring on the participant's system, computer equipment and the data stored therein and the consequences that may result on their personal, professional or commercial activity.

The company may also interrupt access to the page and the game it contains at any time, particularly for technical reasons, updates, or maintenance. The organizing company will not be held liable for these interruptions or their consequences.


Article 11 - Disputes

Any dispute must be made in writing within three (3) working days following receipt of the message confirming or refusing the validation of the Gold Ticket.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the registered office of the Organising Company in Belgium.
