Many of you ask us the question: "What products should I use with my hair supplement?"

To this question we always answer, that, as for your own hair, it is essential to use products that will not attack your scalp! The same goes for your BYSIX hair supplement.

We always advise to favor moisturizing products rather than care for oily or normal hair, these will rather dry out your hair.

Here are some products that we do not recommend to help keep your hair soft:

(VERY) FIXING LACQUERS

You often see the mention "Ultra hold, very strong, maxi, concrete etc...". These mentions rather indicate that your hair will be damaged by dint of use! We have experienced this within our team, by testing different products over time and the conclusion is simple, you must above all favor moisturizing products or rather banish those that promise you hold over several days :-D

If you want your hair to stay in place all day, then you can opt for the wax/spray combo instead. We love the Da'Wax wax and the Artiste fixing spray (which you can find in our shop). With these products your hairstyle will hold perfectly all day and your hair will remain soft when washing.

SHAMPOOS FOR OILY HAIR

These shampoos will very often dry out your hair by removing excess sebum and after several days/weeks of use your hair, which was once shiny and soft, will become dull and dry!

We advise to use the products according to your needs. If for example your own hair is oily, then yes you can use a specific shampoo. It is simply necessary to target the use of the products and to do according to the type of hair.

DRY SHAMPOOS

Again, this type of product is useful for oily hair and therefore should not be used on the hair of the hair supplement. For your prosthesis we often recommend using a Bi-phase spray which will deeply nourish the hair so that it remains soft over time.
