The Starter level is accessible from 400 accumulated points from February 9, 2026.
Points earned in the Starter level can't be combined with basic points in the loyalty program.
1 point is awarded for every €1 spent on the site. Points are calculated on the total amount of purchases, excluding delivery charges and any applicable discounts.
²Level Rewards
The following rewards are offered only upon reaching Starter level: 50 points offered, 5% discount on purchases of €50 or more.
These rewards are not renewed with each order.
Validity period: The 5% discount automatically expires 6 months after the level is activated. Discounts cannot be combined.
Duration and renewal of the level
Each entry into the Starter level is valid for a period of 12 months. At the end of this period, the customer can retain their level if they have performed a sufficient number of actions related to the VIP program during the last 12 months, according to the conditions defined by the program.

Points earned at the Select level can't be combined with basic loyalty program points.

VIP customer support guarantees a response within 24 business hours for any request sent from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
The free product is automatically added to the order after payment.
The choice is random, from among the products in the shop with a value between €5 and €50.
The free products are unlocked after reaching Select level and apply only to orders placed after reaching that level. The order that granted Select level does not include the free products.

How do I check my points balance?
To view your points balance, you must log in to your account with your usual email address. Then access the dedicated page in your account or click on the widget in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Why has my balance changed?
Several reasons can explain a change in the number of points. When you earn points for a specific action, such as placing an order or on your birthday, the accumulated points are redeemable for one year; after this period, they are automatically deducted from your balance.
If you cancel your order or request a partial or full refund, the number of points earned will be automatically adjusted. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our team.
What happens if I return?
If you return your order for an exchange, there will be no impact on your points balance; however, in the case of an order cancellation for a partial or total refund, your points are automatically deducted from your balance.
* Discounts valid for 6 months from the date of award. Program not eligible for professional customers with a specific status (Partner, Premium Partner, Pro, Wholesale). Exclusively for online orders (not available in salons). Access to the program is not retroactive to May 31, 2023.
