Refund policy

In accordance with the law, the consumer has the right to notify the seller that he is canceling his purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from the day after the day of delivery of the good. This right of waiver does not belong to the professional buyer.

For items in stock (excluding custom and personalized products), you can cancel your order before it is shipped or prepared. To do so, go to this link and complete the cancellation form. Our team will process your cancellation as quickly as possible. If your cancellation is confirmed, you will automatically receive a refund to the original payment method. Any cancellation request submitted while the order is already being prepared or shipped will only be taken into account upon receipt of the returned items.

“Custom-made” products are neither exchangeable nor refundable, as are products and accessories. This also applies to Smart HD as long as ripple customization is implemented.

Within this period, the consumer must notify his decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous declaration either by e-mail to the following address contact@bysix.eu; or by post to the head office address: BYSIX, Passage de la Poste 13 - 7700 Mouscron, Belgium. In the event of withdrawal, the seller will reimburse all payments received from the buyer, including initial delivery costs, without undue delay. Please download the withdrawal form below and add it to your package.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and the goods travel at their own risk. Products such as glues, solvents, hair care, cannot be accepted in return for hygiene reasons. For customers living abroad (excluding France and Belgium), customs fees may be charged when your package is returned. BYSIX cannot be held responsible for these costs and must under no circumstances provide reimbursement. This also applies to storage or broker fees.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all its accessories, samples and products offered , of the user manual and must not have been subject to any degradation (modification of the corrugation, humidification, coloring, or any other manipulation preventing the item from being put back into stock).

The seller reserves the right to only make a partial refund if it turns out that the returned item is damaged, incomplete or damaged.

PLEASE NOTE: the lifespans mentioned on the site are indicative and depend on each user and their daily life. This type of product being considered "perishable", the company BYSIX will not be able to compensate the customer if he notices a lifespan shorter than that communicated on the site.
