Shipping policy

BYSIX makes every effort to ensure that orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. We take great care to meet the announced delivery times in order to fully satisfy our customers.

Shipments are handled via BPOST for Belgium, DHL Express for France, and DHL International for the rest of the world. Shipping costs are adjusted according to the total value of your cart. Please refer to the detailed pricing by delivery zone.

  • Care products and accessories are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. In the case of a combined purchase with a hair replacement system, the shipping time will correspond to that of the hair system.
  • In-stock hair replacement systems are shipped within a maximum of 12 business days. These timelines may be shorter depending on order volume. Customization of the Smart HD requires approximately 5 business days, resulting in an overall shipping time of up to 15 business days.
  • For custom-made orders, you may choose between a standard production time of 10 to 14 weeks or an Express production time of 4 to 6 weeks. Manufacturing times may vary depending on the selected options. Larger sizes or higher densities may require additional production time of several days or weeks.

Delivery of the ordered product(s) will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of ordering. BYSIX cannot be held liable for non-delivery or delays caused by postal services, carriers, or incorrect address information provided by the customer. In the case of sales to professionals, transport is carried out at the buyer’s sole risk.

The buyer is required to check the overall condition of the parcel and its contents upon delivery, in the presence of the courier. In the event of missing, damaged, or non-conforming items, the customer is advised to refuse the delivery or to make precise and dated reservations on the delivery slip, and then contact BYSIX customer service within a reasonable timeframe at contact@bysix.eu.

If no reservations are made upon receipt, any subsequent claim relating to visible shortages may be subject to verification based on BYSIX’s quality control and traceability records. Each order undergoes photographic and video inspection prior to shipment, along with precise weighing before and during dispatch, certifying product conformity. These records may be used as evidence in the event of a dispute.

If a parcel arrives damaged due to transport, BYSIX cannot be held responsible and will not be required to issue a refund. However, a claim may be filed with the carrier in accordance with its own insurance terms.

If the tracking status indicates “Delivered” but the buyer claims non-receipt of the order, an investigation will be initiated with the carrier. The buyer will be required to complete a declaration of non-receipt and, for certain orders, to file an official complaint in order to activate transport insurance coverage. A replacement shipment may be issued upon receipt of the required documents. No refund will be granted until the investigation confirms the effective loss of the parcel.

For buyers residing outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, brokerage fees, or administrative charges may be required by authorities or carriers upon importation. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event of delivery refusal, non-payment of duties or taxes, failure to provide required documents, or lack of response to customs authorities or the carrier, the parcel may be returned to the sender. In such cases, any refund will be issued after deduction of all costs actually incurred by BYSIX, including but not limited to initial shipping fees, return shipping costs, and any customs, brokerage, storage, or administrative fees associated with the order.

For custom-made orders, the buyer may request the return of their hair sample or scalp mold at the time of shipment. If a separate shipment is requested, additional shipping fees will be charged to the buyer.
