"A hair glue? Yes! But which one?"

As you know, Sébastien (the co-founder of the BYSIX brand) has himself been wearing hair supplements for more than 6 years and that he himself had trouble finding the glue that suits him.

We have therefore produced for you a comparison of three different hair glues (the most famous), written in the form of a classification, going from the least effective to the most effective, because it is clear that it is not always easy to find the ideal hair glue.

Of course, everyone has their own experience and feelings. On to the result!

3 - ULTRA-HOLD:

We give it the last place in the ranking with great pleasure! Glue, however, very famous on the canvas and often put forward, however, we only found faults!

- The application: "The obstacle course!" It is a hair glue which is very unpleasant to apply because of its "tow" side. Your fingers are quickly full of it and the little threads settle everywhere, on the hair, on the skin, on the tube, etc...

The supplied brush is not very practical and is slightly rough, which is not pleasant either.

On the back of the pot, it is indicated that only one coat is necessary, however it is almost impossible for the dosage, the glue being very liquid and transparent, you do not really see where you apply it.

In addition to all this, you may experience a slight tingling sensation once applied to the scalp.

- Holding: Admittedly, it has a real asset for long-lasting hold, although after a few days/weeks, the glue passes through the tulle (in the case of a lace complement) and provides an unpleasant and sticky at the root of the hair.

The effect is therefore not pretty and to the touch the appearance is quite "sticky", which is its major flaw.

- The interview: "The obstacle course (the sequel)!" It's a real ordeal! Cleaning on a tulle (lace) base is really long, difficult, delicate, "In short! A real headache!".

Solvent, Gasoline C, shampoos... Nothing helps! Your hair supplement will not be perfectly clean.

2 - GHOST BOND XL:

Overall this hair glue has a lot of advantages and deserves its second place in the ranking!

- Application: Rather easy and quick, preferably with a minimum of 2 to 3 coats for good hold. The drying time of the different layers is quite long, count 1 good minute between each layer and 7 to 8 minutes after the last before applying the hair (the glue is white and becomes transparent once dry). The glue is non-stringy and not too runny, allowing for smooth application and no stinging sensation.

- The hold: This of course depends on the users, however most of the time the negative point is its hold which is not very strong over time. Count about 15 days of good hold, before noticing a detachment of the hair complement.

- Maintenance: Fairly easy to clean using the gasoline C method, however it will take several shampoos before the base of the supplement is completely clean. Overall, this step is still much more practical than with the "ULTRA HOLD".

1 - GREAT WHITE:

And here is the hair glue that wins hands down the first place in our ranking!!!

- Application: An almost perfect resemblance to "Ghost Bond xl", this glue is however easier to apply because the drying time of the coats is reduced by half, even if after the last coat it is still recommended to wait 3 to 5 minutes before fixing the hair supplement (it becomes transparent once dry).

This glue is also non-stringy, non-liquid, and non-stinging.

- The outfit: "Her strong point!" It keeps your hair fixed for about 3 to 4 weeks (depending on the user), without having this feeling of greasy and sticky roots.
