Cancellation policy

Certain items from our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

 

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment information will be stored securely and you will be charged for each such delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. See our returns policy for full details on returns and refunds.

Professional customers are eligible for subscription products but will not be able to make untimely cancellations. BYSIX reserves the right to permanently terminate subscriptions in the event of excessive purchase/cancellation usage to benefit from additional discounts. Customer accounts may also be suspended or terminated.
