In accordance with the law, the consumer has the right to notify the seller that he is renouncing his purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day after the day of delivery of the goods. This right of cancellation does not belong to the professional buyer.

"Bespoke" products are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Within this period, the consumer must notify his decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous declaration either by e-mail to the following address contact@bysix.eu ; or by mail to the address of our head office as mentioned above. Return costs are borne by the buyer and the goods travel at his risk. Products such as glues, solvents, hair care, cannot be accepted in return for reasons of hygiene. For customers living abroad (excluding France and Belgium), customs fees may be charged when your package is returned. BYSIX cannot be held responsible for these costs and must under no circumstances provide reimbursement. This also applies to storage or broker fees.

The good must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all its accessories, samples and products offered, the user manual and must not have been subject to any degradation (modification of the undulation, humidification, coloring, or any other manipulation preventing the return to stock of the good).

The seller reserves the right to make only a partial refund if it turns out that the returned item is damaged, incomplete or damaged.

TO KNOW: the lifespans mentioned on the site are indicative and depend on each user and his daily life. This type of product being considered "perishable", the company BYSIX cannot compensate the customer if he finds a lifespan less than that communicated on the site.
