The Total HD is a lace base, on which the hair is implanted by a system of very resistant knots. The base being micro-perforated, it allows exceptional comfort in all circumstances. This base allows you to display your front line to adopt the hairstyle that suits you. Its lifespan is between 4 and 6 months depending on use.

Frontal line

The Total HD makes it possible to obtain a very natural front line. However, lace requires more frequent maintenance due to the micro-perforation of the base. We do not recommend this type of base for novices (prefer an Ultra HD type polyurethane base instead).

Shipping and Delivery

Hair supplements in stock are shipped within 12 working days maximum. These times may be faster depending on the number of visitors. We count 12 working days because we have certain models and colors which require rechecking before being dispatched.

Smart HD customization takes about 5 days. An overall delay of 15 working days is therefore necessary for the shipment of the Smart HD.

Pre-orders are shipped within 15 to 40 days . These delays can be more or less long depending on the productions. Learn more

Care products and accessories are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours . In case of purchase combined with a hair supplement, the shipping times will be those of the hair supplement.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items. Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a color error, only one exchange can be validated per order.
