The Smart HD is 0.04mm which makes it possible to obtain a completely natural result at the level of the frontal line. The result depends on the pose and the cut that have been made.

Sustainability

This hair system model has an estimated lifespan of approximately 2-3 months. Most of our users keep this model for 3 to 4 months easily. The durability is estimated and depends on each use.

Shipping and Delivery

Hair supplements in stock are shipped within 12 working days maximum. These times may be faster depending on the number of visitors. We count 12 working days because we have certain models and colors which require rechecking before being dispatched.

Smart HD customization takes about 5 days. An overall delay of 15 working days is therefore necessary for the shipment of the Smart HD.

Pre-orders are shipped within 15 to 40 days . These delays can be more or less long depending on the productions. Learn more

Care products and accessories are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours . In case of purchase combined with a hair supplement, the shipping times will be those of the hair supplement.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items. Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a color error, only one exchange can be validated per order. For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept returns of care and fixing products. The withdrawal is not valid for personalized orders (custom-made prostheses and Smart HD). Learn more

Parfait sauf ondulation

Parfait ! Qualité et couleur impeccable, cependant étant coiffeur l’ondulation est un peu trop légère…

Prothèse au top

Qualtite du cheveu, membrane, cette prothese est vraiment superbe

Mitigé

Je suis assez mitigé sur cette prothèse. Les cheveux dont de belle qualité tout comme l’ondulation. Néanmoins la prothèse a une odeur de « chien mouillé » les premières semaines et les cheveux tombent très/trop facilement. Aucun moyen qu’elle dure plus de 2 mois pour ma part et j’y fais très attention (je porte des compléments bysix depuis 3-4 ans)

L'odeur que vous mentionnez est due à la personnalisation de l'ondulation. Il peut arriver que le temps de séchage ne soit pas suffisant avant l'expédition. Après plusieurs lavages, l'odeur ne devrait plus être présente. Pour la durabilité, nous estimons 2 à 3 mois pour ce modèle. Si vous appréciez l'ondulation mais que vous souhaitez une durée de vie plus conséquente, n'hésitez pas par la suite à vous orienter vers une base plus épaisse en confection sur-mesure afin de personnaliser votre ondulation.
