Frontal line

This model of hair system will be less comfortable than a thinner base. The main advantage is durability, however we do not recommend the Micro HD Plus if you want to show off your hairline.

This hair system model has an estimated lifespan of approximately 4 to 6 months. This durability can be lower or substantial depending on your daily life. Our users keep this model for 5 to 7 months generally.

Shipping and Delivery

Hair supplements in stock are shipped within 12 working days maximum. These times may be faster depending on the number of visitors. We count 12 working days because we have certain models and colors which require rechecking before being dispatched.

Smart HD customization takes about 5 days. An overall delay of 15 working days is therefore necessary for the shipment of the Smart HD.

Pre-orders are shipped within 15 to 40 days . These delays can be more or less long depending on the productions. Learn more

Care products and accessories are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours . In case of purchase combined with a hair supplement, the shipping times will be those of the hair supplement.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items. Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a color error, only one exchange can be validated per order. The hair is injected in VLOOP on the front of the hair extension and in knots on the rest of the base for more resistance.
